TRAIN WITH US
Coaching is possibly the most personal and advanced thing we can work on together. This includes a total coaching before, for example, the fitness competition where you get a tailored training and diet schedule. Status updates are made here often and I follow up during the process so that we have full control of the development based on both the physical and mental. Changes are made depending on how the body responds to work.
Of course, you also get help with posing, preparation for the competition and support on site during the competition. I am by your side mentally and we will make sure that you become really strong and determined. The work is mainly done by me supporting you, ie. you get a coach who cares and certainly not a general who just makes demands. The hope is that even when you work on the schedule yourself, you have me with you in the form of a reminding and strengthening voice.
Clients often become my friends. I believe that what I work with is the most fun job in the world. Building the relationship with my clients and then seeing them take steps and develop on a personal level is very satisfying.
